Reservations and Payment

Acceptance of your reservation depends on availability.

A deposit of 30% of the total cost is payable when your reservation is accepted.

The remainder of the sum is payable 30 days before departure.

The prices quoted is correct at the time, but may change. Should there be a price change you will be notified at least 20 days before departure.

Cancellation costs

The client will be held liable to pay a fee if the trip is cancelled.

These conditions are not negotiable.

Cancellation: 30 days before departure:              10% of total cost

                     29 - 21 days before departure:          30% of total cost

                     20 - 11 days before departure:          50% of total cost

                     less than 11 days before departure: 100% of total cost

No refund will be considered without a certified police or doctors certificate.

Tailor made changes to the trip

All changes should be made and paid for before departure.

A fee of 30 euros per person is payable for such changes.

Cancellation or change of plans.

Avalon, its owners, employees and associates will not accept any responsibility in case of the following:

- War

- Military or civil unrest

- Acts of terrorism

- Natural disasters

- Wheat her conditions

- Death

- Delays or cancellation of any form of transport - air, sea or land.

Should there not be enough participants for your trip you will be notified at least 15 days before your departure date. Your payment will be refunded in full. You will not be able to claim any losses incurred. 

Clients obligations

It is the onus and responsibility of the client to obtain the comprehensive insurance before departure for any possible cancellations, medical expenses, protection of personal property and money. The company cannot be held liable for any necessary visas or other travel documents not held by the clients. In the event of a client not having the necessary documentation to enter any area of the country the company shall reserve the right to leave the client at the point of entry of such areas of the country. In such an event, the company will not be held responsible to the client for further travel arrangements.

Prices

All prices are quoted and payable in euros.

Legislation

Avalon, its owners, employees, associates and the client will accept law no. 1084 dated 27/12/1977 signed in Brussels on 23/04/1970 of the International Convention referring specifically to the Travellers Contract (CCV).
