Jean-Philippe DEBLEDS
Jean-Philippe DEBLEDS was born in 1955 in Normandy, France. During his professionnal life, he became a software engineer and an officer in the French Foreign Legion, for 26 years.
In 2001, he retired from the army and went to Diego-Suarez. Then he travelled through the whole Northern region of Madagascar, with a camera in the hands. He witnessed the events of february-july 2002.
His taste for undersea-diving drove him to Nosy Be, while going on his travels inside the main island.
The pictures have been taken by digital camera SONY Cyber-shot DSC-70. The original resolution is the highest possible: 2024x1536, providing 1.4 Mo photo weight. All the pictures have been taken in Madagascar and are genuine : no tricks, no overlaying, no colour modifications, no corrections, just resizing.
